Why was the data set created?

To provide a geological and physiographic context for the distribution of potential reservoir in the Lower to Middle Devonian Arnica and Landry formations and thier equivalents in the Northern Foreland Belt of the northern mainland of Canada. Enables querying and visualization of spatial relationships and petroleum potential between exploration play features in the Mackenzie Corridor assessment region.
